Store Recruitment Coordinator
The Store Recruitment Coordinator will have the ability to work side by side and have a direct rapport with Store Recruiter on all aspects of the recruitment process. We are looking for someone who is highly self motivated and has an entrepreneurial mindset.
Responsibilities
- Create hiring goals with Recruiter based on store staffing needs
- Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon open positions
- Source through all applications from online hiring platforms
- Interview, qualify, and send candidates to appropriate Store & District Managers
- Relentlessly fill open store positions
- Manage the candidate experience to ensure everyone is treated with enthusiasm and integrity throughout the entire recruitment process
- Develop an ongoing and diverse pipeline by networking & recruiting through online sources such as LinkedIn
- Develop and maintain a strong LinkedIn presence managing all personal and AKIRA posts
- Create trusting relationships with Store & District Managers, gaining a full understanding of their staffing needs while working as a team to fill them
- Work cross functionally in a variety of areas ranging from sales, finance, HR, operations, marketing, etc
