Store Recruitment Coordinator

The Store Recruitment Coordinator will have the ability to work side by side and have a direct rapport with Store Recruiter on all aspects of the recruitment process. We are looking for someone who is highly self motivated and has an entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Create hiring goals with Recruiter based on store staffing needs
  • Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon open positions
  • Source through all applications from online hiring platforms
  • Interview, qualify, and send candidates to appropriate Store & District Managers
  • Relentlessly fill open store positions
  • Manage the candidate experience to ensure everyone is treated with enthusiasm and integrity throughout the entire recruitment process
  • Develop an ongoing and diverse pipeline by networking & recruiting through online sources such as LinkedIn
  • Develop and maintain a strong LinkedIn presence managing all personal and AKIRA posts
  • Create trusting relationships with Store & District Managers, gaining a full understanding of their staffing needs while working as a team to fill them
  • Work cross functionally in a variety of areas ranging from sales, finance, HR, operations, marketing, etc
