Customer Service Rep

We are looking for a full time person that is true self-starter, organized, and friendly to help us scale the customer service department to efficiently support our expanding customer base.

The Role:

• Responds to telephone, email and web inquiries regarding product details, order status, shipping information or other troubleshooting as needed from both online and in-store interactions
• Navigates through various channels to resolve issues
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions by efficiently and accurately recording inquiries, complaints, and comments
• Monitoring actions taken and escalating them to the appropriate individual(s)
• Contact customers to respond to inquiries and notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments
• Ensure that appropriate changes have been made to resolve customers problems
• Maintains a positive upbeat demeanor when working with clients and other employees
• On-time attendance to all related meetings, including a monthly meeting with store managers
• Participates in staff training and skill developments
• Other Miscellaneous customer service related tasks

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in a customer service role / call center environment
• Open availability; we are looking to expand our customer service hours and are looking for individuals who thrive outside of a typical M-F schedule! Example of a shift we are looking to fill: 11-7:30 W-Sa, *after completing an initial M-F training period*
