The coat is gorgeous and good quality. Its very much an outside coat though, it shouldn't be something you would wear inside. The coat is very heavy, I would say about 8 pounds. The color is more of an egg white, not bright white. I'm 5'2 and the XL came just above my ankles

Looks can be deceiving
I purchased this coat in a size M, I wear a size S, with it being a fur coat I sized up. This coat cut is off. The M was too tight across the chest, but the arm length was good. This coat is very, very heavy. It would be great for extended outdoor wear but if you are mall shopping, most likely you would have to take it off; whereas, just having it on for less than 5 minutes inside, I was sweating a lot. I am returning. Usually, Akira is right on the mark, not so with this one.
