    Manufacture error

    I just got these in the mail today and unfortunately the fur on the right heel is falling off. I havent worn them and this is how they arrived. I really love this brand and especially love these heels. I am hoping to return these and order again. PLEASE make sure the next ones are not damaged! I pre ordered them and was so excited!! I really love these and I have gotten other shoes from this website with no issues. Hopefully someone who can ensure my next order is okay reads this LOL!

    Shoes are cheaply made, i should have expected that. The fur is shedding EVERYWHERE. I can see these shoes lasting maybe a good season but definitely not longevity. For $99 you can grab a cure pair of Sam Edelman shoes that will last
