i AM 181lbs 5'6 1/2 athletic slim build. My hips is 41inches. I have grisel around my waist 39. My breast is a size 43DD. I got a large in this top and a medium in the shorts. The shorts fit fine. I am probably going to annoyed when i eat becase the elastic band in shorts will probably be to fitted due to my waist. I could have got a large in pants too for comfort due to the material it is fitted to your legs. This outfit dosent have much strech. It has some. I love it. its a must have. Purchase it Ladies. :)
