International Return/Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted on full price merchandise that is return shipped within 30 days of delivery date. In the case of return, you will be refunded in U.S. dollars and your credit card company will exchange the currency. In the case of an exchange, you will be responsible for the shipping charges to return the original item(s) and sending the new item(s). At this time, AKIRA cannot provide return shipping labels. All shipping charges are non-refundable. AKIRA is not responsible for payment of customs, taxes, and duties.
